The Epistles
Twenty-one letters sit between Acts and Revelation. Each follows a familiar format — a greeting, the body of the message, and a closing blessing, sometimes with a postscript. Thirteen are Paul's, including four Prison Letters and three Pastoral Letters. The remaining eight are sometimes called the Catholic Epistles — "catholic" here means universal, addressed to a general audience rather than a single church or denomination.
- Greek Name
